::I made this flourless Mexican chocolate cake recently and I liked the purity and non-weirdness of the ingredients and the straight-forward directions. If you follow the steps, it makes a delicious cake and great finish to a Mexican meal. I baked mine on the side of 30 minutes (and could have done even a few minutes shy of that). I also topped it with freshly whipped cream and cinnamon sugar.
